Can I refund/exchange my item?

As per the American Consumer Act, you are welcome to return any product provided that the product is in the same condition, and it has not been used and is still in its sealed packaging. We honour a 7-day full refund policy (excluding courier delivery charges).

 

Product must be returned to us with a copy of our order, and at your own cost. We will inspect the item upon arrival, products that are damaged, opened, used, or arrived without documentation, are not liable for a refund or an exchange.

How can I make a return?

Please send the product back at your own cost, as you received it, un-opened and un-used. When the product arrives, we will inspect it and see if it is liable for an exchange or refund. A copy of our order must accompany your product. Products that are sent back with no documentation are not accepted. Make sure you provide us with all required documents.

What should be included if I want to refund my item?

If you wish to return a product, please fill in the contact form including: full details of the order and an explanation as to why you were not satisfied with the product. We will reply as soon as possible. You are encouraged to attach photos if the products are in poor condition.
