Status of Orders

Once the order has been processed a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you immediately. 

If you have not shopped with us online before, the confirmation email may go into your junk/spam email folder. Estimated country specific delivery times are provided within the email.

Alternatively, you can check the status of your order online by signing in to MY ACCOUNT/ REGISTER and then clicking "Order History".

Please note there may be possible delays depending on the postal service, inventory and other reasons.

Cancellation of Orders

Unfortunately we don't have the possibility to make changes to orders or cancel them after they have been confirmed. You, however, have the right to return your order or some products from it if you're not completely satisfied. Please note that returning happens on your own expense and reason justification should be provided. For more details, please refer to ‘Returns & Refunds’.

Faulty, Wrong Products

Please accept our sincere apologies if you have received faulty or wrong items. Please double check the received item with the item listed in your confirmation email before contacting us. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately providing your name and order number. Kindly return the items to our address within 2 weeks upon receiving your delivery. We honour a 2-week full-refund policy, including courier delivery charges.
